For the student, OCW offers classes Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-9:00pm taught by studio artists Tom Harnack, Rob Johnson and Tom Hubbell. These classes run in 8 week sessions and are open to all abilities. Classes are $165.00/session. There are additional fees for clay and firing.

For the advanced independent clay student, OCW offers a membership program at $60.00/month. A membership provides access to the studio during the open studio hours; Monday, Wednesday Noon - 5:00pm, Wednesday - Thursday, 6:30 - 9:00pm, Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm and Friday by appointment; and includes use of all studio equipment. Firing fees are extra and run: $1.00 for bisque, $2.00 for glaze in gas or electric kilns.

For the serious studio artist, OCW also offers private studio space. Starting at $150.00/month, a private studio provides 24hr access to the facility, use of all studio equipment, teaching opportunities and gallery space. Firing fees are additional and can be worked on a individual basis.

Raku Workshops

If you have never experienced Raku, now's your chance when you sign up for one of the two workshops offered this summer at OCW. Pronounced "ra-koo", Raku is an interactive firing process that can be very exciting for beginning and experienced clay artists alike. All workshops include two parts (A) a 4-hour hands-on clay session plus (B) a firing session the followg week.
